We have extensive recruitment experience across multiple disciplines and environments spanning 20 years in the industry. We constantly look at international practice, research and attend conferences and training to make sure that we are on top of the latest recruitment and sourcing trends, technologies, methodologies, and interview techniques.
Performability is supported by a team of senior Specialist Recruiters and Candidate Researchers who previously held senior and specialised positions as HR Professionals and Specialists, Niche Recruitment Specialists, Recruitment Managers, and trained Coaches and Trainers. The team’s expertise provides relevant and trending services based on international standards and expertise.

Gita Lowe

Gita Lowe has over 12 years’ experience in Recruitment across multiple niches having spent over 20 years in training, operational and managerial roles within the financial services industry. She has had exposure to the full spectrum of small start-up agencies to large corporate environments and successfully built and grew an agency from scratch. She currently works a desk over and above her management and training functions to ensure that she is close enough to the ground to know what is happening. Gita is really passionate about branding, process efficiency and seeing agencies and recruiters grow.  She loves to look at different techniques and systems to get the most from people.  Gita’s vision is a better equipped industry that is seen as professional and value adding.  She is often involved with initiatives to live that purpose.

Angie Scaife

Director and Specialist Executive Search Recruiter

Angie Scaife loves the recruitment industry and the opportunities it creates for job seekers, companies, recruiters, and business owners. Angie started her recruitment career close to 20 years ago, after she held a career in the hospitality industry that included operations manager and trainer.  Her recruitment career started in technical recruitment, first as a mining and engineering recruiter and then as an IT recruitment specialist for a number of years. She actively worked a recruitment desk for more than 10 years of her recruitment career, and then moved into management for close to 10 years, where she managed small and large recruitment teams as well as her own agency.

She is currently a hands-on recruiter with a desk, a recruitment trainer and agency owner with a recruitment team. Her knowledge as recruiter, senior recruitment manager, and business owner is current with extensive exposure to the many facets and nuances of the recruitment industry. In her recruitment training she shares her insight and knowledge of managing a recruitment team and a recruitment business that could add value to a recruitment business immediately. With her recruitment clients Angie approaches their recruitment needs with practical and simplistic methods, that do not over complicate the process and delivers a quality and comprehensive service that adds value to clients and candidates in the hiring process.
