We’re looking for a talented Mid to Senior SQL developer to join our client, a leading company in the employment benefits consulting space.
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage your extensive T-SQL expertise to develop and implement solutions across the client’s various product offerings.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality, efficient T-SQL code.
- Build and enhance functionalities using the integrated workflow tool, ensuring smooth business process execution.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system errors, optimizing query performance for maximum efficiency.
- Contribute to ongoing data management tasks, including conversion, cleansing, and comprehensive reporting.
- Partner with the training department to document new processes and maintain knowledge sharing within the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record as a Mid to Senior SQL Developer, with a stable work history.
- Strong understanding of relational database design principles.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft T-SQL, including stored procedures, views, functions, and various T-SQL constructs.
- Solid foundation in indexing, performance analysis, execution plans, and troubleshooting with performance analysis tools.
- Comfort level with basic database administration tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and implement efficient solutions.
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in data technologies.
- Accounting and Finance knowledge

- B.SC / IT Degree
