What you’ll do:
- Define and execute a data strategy that drives growth and efficiency.
- Build a Data Center of Excellence uniting engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and governance.
- Deliver predictive insights, dashboards, and automated intelligence for smarter decisions.
- Lead AI and Machine Learning innovation for forecasting, fraud detection, and personalization.
- Monetize data through commercial products and scalable solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years in senior data leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s in data science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar (master’s preferred).
- Expertise in data strategy, architecture, AI/ML, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
- Strong commercial acumen and executive influence.
- Proven ability to build data platforms and advanced analytics programs.
- Experience with CRM intelligence and Salesforce integration.
