Role overview
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of merchant acquisition, activation, and retention, driving revenue across our integrated product suite: Card, Cash, Capital, Software, and VAS. This is more than a sales role — it’s a chance to be a catalyst for financial inclusion and digital transformation
Duties
- Acquire & Activate Merchants: Convert leads into signed, installed, and revenue-generating merchants.
- Drive Multi-Product Growth: Promote bundled solutions that boost merchant profitability and loyalty.
- Own Your Territory: Manage your pipeline, report insights, and align with regional strategies.
- Engage and Expand: Build lasting relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
What you bring
- 3+ years in external sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven success in multi-product sales and pipeline management.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or merchant acquiring (preferred).
- Valid Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
