Sales Executive

Role overview

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of merchant acquisition, activation, and retention, driving revenue across our integrated product suite: Card, Cash, Capital, Software, and VAS. This is more than a sales role — it’s a chance to be a catalyst for financial inclusion and digital transformation

Duties

  • Acquire & Activate Merchants: Convert leads into signed, installed, and revenue-generating merchants.
  • Drive Multi-Product Growth: Promote bundled solutions that boost merchant profitability and loyalty.
  • Own Your Territory: Manage your pipeline, report insights, and align with regional strategies.
  • Engage and Expand: Build lasting relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.

What you bring

  • 3+ years in external sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Marketing is a plus.
  • Proven success in multi-product sales and pipeline management.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or merchant acquiring (preferred).
  • Valid Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
